Eagle Hills Bahrain, developer of the urban waterfront project Marassi al Bahrain, has showcased its newest residential offering, Marassi Boulevard, to the public.
Marassi Boulevard is a residential mixed-use development which consists of four low-rise residential buildings of seven to ten floors, home to more than 240 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
The event was attended by Dr Maher al Shaer, managing director of Eagle Hills Bahrain, and Daniel Hammond, general manager of Eagle Hills Bahrain.
Marassi Boulevard is located opposite Marassi Galleria, the development’s 180,000 square metre shopping and leisure destination hosting high-end retail, indoor and outdoor entertainment and F&B outlets; and brings in an additional 700 square metres of community retail space.
Designed by award-winning global firm SSH, the new residential project features "contemporary architecture that blends with the local climate and combines views of the vibrant streetscape", says the developer.
Speaking at the event, Dr Al Shaer, said: "Today we are previewing Marassi Boulevard to the public for the first time, and we have seen incredible interest in the pre-registration phase. The Boulevard is metropolitan yet offers access to a beachfront lifestyle, with prices starting at BD48,888 ($128,761).
"Our design partners, SSH, have created a look which is both elegant and modern, and in keeping with the unique Marassi Al Bahrain style," he remarked.
Marassi al Bahrain is a project by Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, in joint venture with Diyar al Muharraq, the developer of mega-project Diyar al Muharraq.
The units in the new urban community will be officially put up for sale on 4 February at the beachfront Marassi al Bahrain Sales Centre.
"Marassi Boulevard will offer many amenities for residents, including a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, changing rooms, swimming pools for both adults and children, a playground for children, a basement car park, and a residents’ lobby for guests in each building reception area," explained Al Shaer.
With access to a two kilometre stretch of white sandy beach, the Boulevard community is also a short walk to The Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, two upcoming beachfront luxury living, dining and recreation destinations. Residents will also enjoy a wide choice of restaurants and cafés just a short stroll away on the waterfront promenade.
Spanning 875,000 square metres, Marassi al Bahrain is being built on the northern shores of the master planned community of Diyar al Muharraq, forming a key luxury component of Bahrain’s largest private urban project.-TradeArabia News Service
