Value of deals declines to QR502.5 million in first week of November

The combined value of Qatar’s weekly real estate transactions declined from 30 October to 3 November despite a double-digit increase in the number of transactions implemented in different municipalities during the week.

According to Ezdan Holding’s latest weekly report, the total value of transactions during the first week of November declined 33.5 per cent to QR502.5 million ($138 million) from QR755.2 million ($207 million) the previous week, reported The Peninsula.

However, the total number of deals implemented during the week reached 92, a 29.6 per cent increase compared to 71 deals secured during the previous week, it added.
