A corruption watchdog has ordered the municipalities ministry to investigate a nearly 12-year delay in an industrial city project in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The Anti-Corruption Commission cited negligence on the part of the local municipality as well as the contractor, the Saudi Gazette reported.
